Parking at Axis Complex Basement Car Park
Operating Hours (6am - 11pm)

- Please Note: The basement car park closes at 11pm daily and reopens at 6am the next morning (so any car inside the basement car park after 11pm won't be able to leave until 6am the next morning).
​​​- During weekends & after office hours on weekdays, you are allowed to park in any lot (including reserved lots) without cones blocking lot access. 

- During weekday office hours, please park in the non-reserved lots.
- The basement parking fee is RM2 for the 1st hour and RM1 for every subsequent half hour or 30 minutes.

- There is a special flat rate of RM3.60 per entry if you park for 2 hours or more during these designated hours below: 

• Monday to Friday (6.30pm to 11pm)

• Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays (12pm to 11pm)

- The maximum payment is RM12 per day.

- The basement car park accepts only cashless payment through Touch 'n Go, Visa & Master cards. Just scan your card at entry & exit.

Parking at Public Parking​ Streets
​- Please install the "Penang Smart Parking" app on your mobile phone to pay for street parking.

- Parking is free after 6pm from Monday to Saturday, and the whole day on Sundays & public holidays.

- Parking fee is required from Monday to Saturday (8am to 6pm) at RM0.60 for every half hour (30 minutes), RM1.20 for 1 hour and RM9 per day.
